Ambrea’ M. Lacy is a mother, dedicated tax professional, philanthropist and serial entrepreneur born and raised in Henderson, Texas. Ambrea’ has over 13 years of extensive experience working in the tax industry with individuals and small business owners addressing their tax and business needs. She believes for every problem, there is an Innovative Solution.
She is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc., National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP) and National Society of Tax Professionals (NSTP). She earned her Bachelor's in Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2010, followed by a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from Texas Woman's University in 2012. Ambrea’ is a Licensed Life and Health Insurance Agent serving clients in all 50 states.
In recognition of her exceptional expertise and unwavering dedication, Ambrea' has been honored with the prestigious Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award.
While earning her undergraduate degree, Ambrea' began her entrepreneurial journey with a mobile tax preparation business, which later grew into a thriving 7-figure tax firm, iTax Solutions. In 2015, Ambrea' founded iTax Solutions, providing tax preparation services to individuals and businesses. Recognizing the need to train aspiring tax entrepreneurs, she established iTax Institute in 2019, and has supported over 400 successful entrepreneurs across the United States. Ambrea' actively supports the community and advocates for financial literacy, leaving a positive impact wherever she goes.
Her passion for travel, meaningful connections, and personal growth continue to shape her journey as she makes a lasting impact in the financial industry.
